If you opt for Flex IT Support you can purchase a number of credits in blocks of 10, 20 or 40 to be used up over a 12-month period. This system suits the needs of smaller businesses wanting to closely monitor their spending, or larger businesses wanting a back up to their in-house IT department. Some examples of what credits can get you are as follows:
- 1 credit = one remote support incident (up to 45 minutes)
- 2 credits = 1 hour on-site (this is the minimum for one on-site visit, each additional 30 minutes on site will equal one credit)
- 4 credits = file server health check.
